Return & Refund Policy

At FBShirt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy for defective or incorrectly printed items.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Since our products are printed-on-demand specifically for you, we only accept returns, or offer replacements, under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered).
  • The print quality is noticeably poor.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Buyer's remorse (changed your mind).
  • Ordering the wrong size or color (please check our size guides before purchasing).
  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Refund / Replacement

If you believe your item is defective, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect. Once approved, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Because we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed by us, FBShirt will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label once your claim is approved. You will not incur any fees for returning a defective item.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to physically appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing speeds.
